A friendly fire incident at the start of “Desert Storm” brings dire consequences, REVENGE.

A friendly fire incident at the start of “Desert Storm” leaves three British S.A.S. officers dead and three injured.

Fifteen years later, the three injured officers, along with two others, involved in the fateful operation, begin a campaign of revenge, aimed at the government of the U.S.A. to force them to pay for their military mistakes.

The rogue S.A.S. team carry out selected assassinations, destruction of a military base, even bring down Airforce One to show they can get close to the President. The threats continue until the U.S. government agrees to pay One Billion Dollars as – Recompense.

The F.B.I. agent in charge of the investigation is drawn into a web of inter-government agencies as he races against time to find the culprits, before the President pays the extortion.

He discovers their identities seconds after the demand is paid. Now he has to catch them – but that’s another story as he finds out his sister has just benefited from Recompense.
